Running MARCELL annotate API using Docker

Using docker-compose

docker-compose up -d

Using docker

docker build -t "marcell-pl" -f Dockerfile.marcell .
docker run --name "marcell-pl-running" -p 8006:8000 -d marcell-pl

Exemplary usage in Python
